Age Requirement for Couple Booking:
- Guests must be at least 20 years of age to make a reservation or check-in.(Applicable for couple only)
- A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age is required at the time of booking and check-in for all guests.
Room Booking Requirement:
- Each couple must book a separate room when traveling as part of a group involving two or more couples.
- Sharing a single room among two couples is not permitted, regardless of room capacity.
- Uneven group bookings may be subject to review and approval by the management to ensure compliance.
- Management reserves the right to refuse bookings or entry if the couple ratio is not maintained, and refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy.
